Introduction

Hello all, 

This blog will now be dedicated to food, and my experiences in the culinary industry. I want this blog to become a reflection of my beliefs as a young aspiring chef, the influences and inspirations I have gathered over the coarse of time, and a timeline of my growth throughout school and the experiences I have in a professional setting as well. I love food, I love the food industry, and I am thrilled to see what the future may bring. Five months down, one million more to go. How far I will go, no one yet can say.
